This is the sign for a combined accessible toilet and shower, which is a distinct facility from an accessible toilet. It appears in buildings with end-of-trip facilities, in residential care, in aged care and in some hotel and gym fitouts. Using the plain accessible toilet sign on a combined facility understates what is behind the door; using this one on a toilet with no shower overstates it. Either way the sign is wrong.

Handing works as it does across the accessible range: left and right hand describe the transfer side relative to the pan, and the sign must match the built layout.
