Stencils and Line-Marking

These are cut polypropylene stencils for painting a legend straight onto a surface, rather than signs that get fixed to a wall. They are used where a plate would not survive or would not be seen: car park aisles, warehouse floors, loading docks, forklift routes and pedestrian walkways, where the message has to be on the ground because that is where people are looking.

There are 12 stencils in the range, all at $75, covering traffic and access control — Entry, Exit Only, One Way, Loading Zone, No Stopping, Visitor and Customer bays — and pedestrian and plant safety: Pedestrians Traffic Only, Watch Out For Forklifts, Warning Forklift Area, Watch Your Step and Slippery When Wet.

How they are used

Being polypropylene, they are reusable. That matters on a site marking out dozens of bays or a long aisle run, where the same legend is painted repeatedly and a single-use stencil would not survive the job. They are also worth keeping after the initial mark-up, because line-marking wears under traffic and needs redoing — having the stencil on hand means a touch-up rather than a call-out.

Floor-painted legends suit surfaces where nothing can be mounted and where a driver or forklift operator is looking down rather than up. Where the message needs to be at eye level instead, the floor decals under Safety Signs are applied rather than painted, and the traffic signage range covers post and column mounting.
