Not every riser or cupboard has one tidy name. Where a shaft or enclosure carries a mix of building services rather than a single trade, the SERVICES plate is the catch-all identification, and it pairs the room name with UNAUTHORISED ENTRY PROHIBITED so tenants and visitors know the door is not theirs to open.
Builders use it during fitout to label risers on each floor, and facility managers use it afterwards to keep contractors out of cupboards they have not been inducted into. It sits comfortably alongside the electrical, communications and plant room plates in the same range, which matters more than it sounds: a floor where every service door is labelled in the same format and the same finish is quicker to read in a hurry.
Size is 600mm x 100mm horizontal. The material choices are satin natural anodised aluminium, silver brushed composite (ACM) and white composite (ACM), all flat plates that fix to the door or the wall beside it without any standoff. On a fire-rated riser door, check the fixing method with the door supplier before drilling into the leaf. Price is $35 per sign, made and dispatched from our Artarmon factory in Sydney.
