Which material should I choose?

Aluminium 1.6mm: Solid 1.6mm aluminium sheet. Rigid, durable and suitable for larger formats where a composite panel would flex.
Composite — White (ACM): Aluminium composite panel with a flat white face. The most economical of our rigid options and the most widely used across the range.
Polypropylene: Lightweight rigid plastic sheet. A budget option for internal signage where a metal finish is not required.
