Which material should I choose?

Satin Natural Anodised Aluminium (SNA): Solid aluminium with a satin natural anodised finish. The anodising is part of the metal rather than a coating, so it will not lift, chip or fade — this is the longest-lasting and highest-quality finish we make. Specify it where the sign has to still look right in ten years.
Composite — Silver Brushed (ACM): Aluminium composite panel with a brushed silver face — a lighter, lower-cost alternative to solid aluminium that reads very similarly on the wall. Well suited to internal corridors, plant rooms and services identification.
Composite — White (ACM): Aluminium composite panel with a flat white face. The most economical of our rigid options and the most widely used across the range.

When the brigade arrives they work from the fire indicator panel and then out to the sub panels on the floors. An unlabelled sub panel costs time in the one situation where time matters.

Supplied in Satin Natural Anodised Aluminium (SNA), Composite — Silver Brushed (ACM) or Composite — White (ACM), from $40, with double-sided tape fitted to the rear for self-installation. Mount it on the panel door or the cupboard housing it, or on the wall immediately adjacent where the panel itself is too small to carry a sign. Across a site, keep panel signage in the same material and the same position on every level — it is the sort of consistency a certifier notices and a maintenance contractor relies on.

Where signage to fire alarm equipment is listed on the building's fire safety schedule, it forms part of what gets assessed at annual statement time rather than being a handover-only item. Whether it is listed depends on the building, its class and the jurisdiction, so confirm that with your certifier or fire safety practitioner.
