FIRST AID STATION is the longer legend, and the distinction matters on a job. Use it where there is a designated, fitted-out spot, with the kit, the eyewash and the register in one nominated place, rather than on a single wall-mounted cabinet. Builders running inductions usually want the long plate at the station and the short FIRST AID plate, UNI_EME_002, on the path in.
SKU UNI_EME_001, from $10.45, in the size shown above. Substrate follows the surface it lands on: aluminium 1.6mm on masonry or steel, white composite (ACM) on a plasterboard wall or a door, polypropylene in a site hut.
Position it high enough to stay visible over stacked materials, and keep the floor in front of it clear, because a pallet parked across the front gets written up on a safety walk. In a warehouse or across an open production floor, height beats size: a plate fixed high on a column is found faster than a bigger one at eye level behind racking. Check it again after every racking change, since the layout moves and the plate does not.
